Solution for Printing

We have all solutions for printing technology

Digital Printing:

The Advantages

  • Setup costs are lower for short runs

  • Print only the amount you need, when you need it

  • Lower minimum quantities (as low as 1, 20 or 50 pieces)

  • Inexpensive black and white digital printing

  • Variable data capability (names, addresses, codes or numbering can be done easily)

  • Improved technology has made digital quality acceptable for more uses

Offset printing

The Advantages

  • Large quantities can be printed cost effectively

  • The more you print, the cheaper the price per piece

  • A large variety of paper types with custom finishes can be used

  • Special custom inks such as metallic and Pantone colors are available

  • Highest possible printing quality, with greater detail and color fidelity

Digital System Management Color and Quality

Gravure Printing

The Advantages

  • Intricacy: gravure printing is the only high speed and volume print process capable of printing continuous tone images, also known as vignette effect

  • Print Quality: s a direct print process gravure printing results in better ink laydown and more consistent print quality

  • Production Speed: rinting times are quick, with modern presses able to produce up to 14m per second.

  • Durability: gravure cylinders are extremely durable, can be used for several print runs.

IR Engraving Technology

IR Engraving’s system and rolls are precision-engineered and constructed for years of trouble-free operation. Our systems and components are based on proven technologies and then customized with the exact parameters you need.

Flexography Printing

The Advantages

  • Production speed: machinery runs at extremely high press speeds, even faster than rotogravure

  • Diverse applications: flexography printing can be used on a wide variety of substrates including both paper and plastics.

  • Lower costs: plate costs are low thanks to developments in plate technology, so for small volumes flexography is less expensive than offset lithography.
