Custom Corruated Packaging

RSC (Regular Slotted Carton)

This one is the most common shipping boxes on the market. They are easily assembled, the flaps can be taped shut. For strength and durability, corrugated cartons can be made into many different types of flutes and wall construction (or thickness) combinations.

CSSC (Center Special Slotted Container)

This is a very strong box due to the fact that all flaps meet at the center creating a double layer of the thickness of the corrugated board.

FOL (Full OverLap)

The flaps on this box extend from one side to the other, making it an excellent box for heavy objects or rough handling.

DST (Design Style Tray)

A design style tray is a corrugated tray useful for tops and bottoms of pallets and can be used as a display tray. It used for the following industries and applications: shipping supplies, agricultural packaging, food packaging, produce packaging, and retail displays.

HSC (Half Slotted Carton)

The bottom of this corrugated carton is the same as a RSC box but with no top flaps. These boxes can be provided with a lid for a top cover. Typical applications include: part bins, file folder boxes, storage boxes etc.

RETT (Roll End Tuck Top)

Simple unglued box that needs to be folded when assembled. The sides are 3 layers of corrugated for added strength and the top opens and closes with a tuck to the inside of the box. You can also add dust flaps and cherry locks for added stability.

Five Panel Folder

A five panel folder is an unglued corrugated box useful for packaging large items and oddly shaped items and is used in furniture packaging, window packaging, and picture frame packaging.

RTE (Reverse Tuck End)

Same as a STE but the ends tuck and lock on opposite panels

STE (Sameside Tuck End)

Common box glued with each end folding and locking on the same side. The STE can give you a better graphic presentation if the tucks are on the back of the box. A fifth panel can be added for hanging on pegs and giving additional space for graphics.

TTABTM (Tucktop Auto Bottom)

Designed for quick set up, the box is pre-glued on the bottom. This allows the box to be loaded with product without additional folding or taping. The top of the box is then closed by tucking in the top. The top can have an additional locking tab called a catalog lock or locking tab. Club stores normally like a security label for additional protection. This corrugated box can also have a cut-out in the front panel to show product inside.

TTSNLBTM (Tucktop Snap Lock Bottom)

Same as a tuck top bottom but the bottom is not pre glued. It has four flaps that are folded and locked to form the bottom. Stronger bottom vs. the auto bottom, less expensive to manufacture but longer set up.

Overall, corrugated cardboard is one of the most versatile packaging products, and the rise of environmentally friendly packaging only increases its popularity. From simple removal or shipping boxes, to custom designed postal boxes and book wraps, corrugated cardboard has been in use for over 150 years and, thanks in part to closed loop recycling, its usage continues to grow.
